Analysis

• We will hold a preliminary meeting to discuss the following:
  • Your company and vision
  • Your goals
  • Content Requirements (“Site Plan”)
  • ISP
  • Budget
• Review of existing website & suggestions on improvement. (if applicable)
• Based on Preliminary Meeting, we will present you with a finalized site plan and quote.
• We will assist you in acquiring an ISP (if applicable)

Design

• Following on sign off of Site Plan, we will construct a prototype based on the work as described.
• Finalization of ISP acquisition.

Development

• Once the prototype is complete and signed off on, we will finish development to specifications and install content provided by you.

Testing

• We will temporarily host your site on our test environment for you to test it thoroughly and report any bugs.

Go-Live

• Your site will be installed on your ISP.

Maintenance

• Your design is complete. We will establish responsibility for maintenance and move on from there.
• If your maintenance package includes it, we will provide documentation or training on the site.
